How our services are delivered
All FM Coaching services are delivered online via our coaching app (Trainerize) and supporting digital platforms. Upon purchase you will receive onboarding instructions by email within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

FM Group Coaching
Access to FM Group Coaching begins upon successful payment and account setup. Your training programme, nutrition guidance, habit tracking, and community access are all delivered inside the Trainerize app. You will receive a welcome email with setup instructions.

CEOhealth 1:1 Private Coaching
Upon purchase, our team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your onboarding kickoff call with your dedicated coach. Your personalised programme will be built and loaded into the app within 7 business days of your kickoff call unless you request otherwise.

Access and Availability
Coaching support is available during business hours with a maximum 24-hour response time. Monthly coaching calls are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between client and coach.

Technical Requirements
To access FM Coaching services you will need a smartphone and internet connection to download and use the Trainerize coaching app, available on iOS and Android.
