FM Coaching wants every client to feel confident in their purchase. Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing.

48-Hour Refund Window
All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of the original transaction, provided the request is submitted in writing to [email protected] within that window. Refunds requested after 48 hours will not be processed except where required by applicable consumer law.

FM Group Coaching Subscriptions
FM Group Coaching operates on a rolling monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

CEOhealth 1:1 Private Coaching
CEOhealth 1:1 is a 6-month private coaching programme. To cancel your 1:1 coaching, a minimum of one calendar month's written notice is required. Notice must be submitted to [email protected]. You will continue to receive coaching and be billed for the duration of your notice period.

Results Guarantee
FM Coaching stands behind the results of our CEOhealth 1:1 programme. If you complete all weekly check-ins, engage fully with your coach, and after 6 months genuinely feel you did not receive value, contact us and we will review your case personally.

Payment Method
All payments are processed by card via Paystack. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
